Scott Evans has close to a decade of extensive national and international experience in substantial commercial and insolvency litigation, having acted for major Australian and international banks, professionals and corporations.

Scott’s experience includes a number of years in Hong Kong at Mayer Brown JSM acting in and advising on large scale litigation and cross-border insolvencies. He has been involved in proceedings and disputes in Australia, Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, the Philippines, Taiwan and federal and numerous state jurisdictions in the United States.
