Hiroto Inoue is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on real estate related matters including real estate funds, real estate financing, real estate securitization and Japanese REIT (J-REIT) formation. He also has extensive experience with joint ventures and M&A transactions. Mr. Inoue represents a wide range of clients, both domestic and foreign. He regularly represents financial institutions, investment funds, and companies operating in various industries including real estate companies, construction companies, pharmaceutical companies, machinery manufacturers and chemical companies. Mr. Inoue received an LL.B. degree in 1998 from the University of Tokyo and an LL.M. degree in 2005 from Columbia Law School. He also received an LL.M. degree in Banking Law and Financial Regulation in 2006 from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also worked as a part-time lecturer at The University of Tokyo since 2009.
