Mr. Mohammed Nyaoga holds an LLM and LLB Degrees from the University of Nairobi, and his one of Kenya’s most respected lawyers. Mr. Nyaoga has practiced law for more than 25 years. During these years, Mr. Nyaoga has acquired extensive experience combining legal and regulatory reform and litigation. Mr. Nyaoga has litigated most of the leading procurement cases in Kenya. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of many professional bodies including the London Institute of Directors, the International Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries, the Law Society of Kenya and the International Commission of Jurists. He is also a certified training consultant in corporate governance with the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance. Mr. Nyaoga has taught law in various universities for many years. His research interests include public procurement regulation, international economic law and commercial law and transactions.
