Ferdinand graduated from the University of Ghana with a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and also holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is a solicitor and barrister specializing in procurement. public-private partnerships, infrastructure transaction and project advisory services as well as energy, mining, oil and gas. Ferdinand’s interest is also in the area of Investment Law, Commercial Law and International Trade particularly the ECOWAS regime relating to investment and doing business in the sub-region. Ferdinand is currently a regulatory expert on the team preparing the PPP Law for Ghana.
