Over his 18 years of practicing law, Avi has appeared before the entire range of Israeli civil courts and arbitration tribunals, successfully representing clients in a variety of product liability, professional negligence and technology driven cases.

In the particular field of product liability, Avi has represented, and is currently representing, inter alia, global leaders in the industrial insurance field, multinational and local manufacturers and associations, multinational automobile manufacturers and prominent pharmaceutical companies. Recently, Avi has been advising and representing a world-leading vehicle accessories’ manufacturer, in connection with a product recall in Israel of one of its products. The scope of legal services rendered in the matter extended to providing the client with legal advice as well as establishing and administering the various contacts amongst the client, the Israeli importer and the relevant Israeli regulatory authorities.
