Samaneh Hosseini is an associate practicing in Stikeman Elliott’s Litigation Department. Ms. Hosseini has a diverse practice focusing on complex commercial litigation, class actions defence, securities litigation, shareholders disputes, commercial arbitration and product liability. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and as co-counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission. Ms. Hosseini is a member of the firm’s Students Committee.

Ms. Hosseini is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. She is also an elected member of the University Council at Queen’s University.
