Mr. Lee has extensive experience in telecommunications and media broadcasting, joint ventures, corporate and tax planning, and M & A practices; Mr. Lee currently leads the telecom and media practices in Yangming Partners. Being known as one of the few experienced telecom and media counsels in Taiwan, Mr. Lee has represented the world's top telecommunication companies and mobile carriers for regulatory and transaction matters in Taiwan. Mr. Lee has published several articles on telecommunication and fair trade regulations including "Getting the Deal Through", in Merger Control 2000 edition, and "The Asia Law Guide to Telecommunications" 1997 edition.
