Pierre Lafarge is Partner responsible, together with Christian Wolfrom, for the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions – Private Equity department. A specialist in Corporate Law, Pierre Lafarge has acquired specific expertise in Private Equity. He also works on negotiations concerning partnership contracts, joint ventures and European Economic Interest Groupings and regularly participates in operations involving government entities. He works alongside the Public Business Law team with regards to Private Public Partnership funding, and all securities issued to sustain it, and has a broad experience on setting up project based ventures and its financing. He is an attorney at the Paris Bar since 1996 and speaks fluent French and English.
