Emma joined Carey Olsen in September 2007 as a newly qualified solicitor after having trained at Geldards LLP, a corporate/commercial regional firm.

Emma has experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, open and closed-ended investment funds in Guernsey and also undertakes a range of finance transactions.
