Lisa Bo Larsen was born in 1969, joined Kromann Reumert in 1997 and became partner in 2006. Lisa advises on the establishment and formation of private equity funds and have been involved in the structure of a material part of the Danish private equity funds. Lisa further acts as advisor of fund-of-funds and pension funds in connection with their due diligence review of foreign target funds. Lisa Bo Larsen obtained her law degree (Cand.jur) from the University of Copenhagen in 1997 and she is a member of the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association where she serves as a member of the juridical committee.
