Ms. Zeynep Ergun is a partner at YükselKarkınKüçük Attorney Partnership. Ms. Ergun’s practice focuses on advising clients on commercial transactions with particular emphasis on competition and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes privatizations, capital markets, energy, environment and European Union. Prior to joining YükselKarkınKüçük, Ms. Ergun was a senior associate and project manager responsible for mergers and acquisitions and competition law matters at another law firm. She also worked as in-house counsel of Akçansa Çimento, a leading cement company, and on EU Affairs and competition law at Sabancı Holding. She earned her LL.M. degree at Université Libre de Bruxelles Institute d’Etudes Europèennes in European Union Law in 1996. She graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 1993. She is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and Tarsus American High School Alumni Association. She speaks fluent English and French. Ms. Ergun was admitted to practice in 2001.
