Mrs. Suchitra Chitale is the managing partner of the firm and has been in for more than 20 years. She heads the competition and merger team of the firm. The firm’s competition practice includes providing advice and acting on the behalf of clients in Indian Competition law matters. The anti-trust and competition practice includes representing clients before the authorities in India and advising on Indian anti-trust and competition law requirements including requirements of foreign-up to-foreign mergers.
