Born in 1982, Kateřina Peterková graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague (Master’s degree 2009). During her studies, she has spent three semesters at the Aarhus University in Denmark where she is currently employed as PhD candidate conducting research within the area of contract law and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to starting her PhD research in 2010, Kateřina worked for HZ pharmaceutical law team for two years. Kateřina has also gained valuable experience working as a legal assistant in Baker & McKenzie Prague office where she was a member of the pharmaceutical law and labor law teams. In addition to pharmaceutical law, Kateřina specializes in contract and competition law. She is fluent in Czech and English.
