Rory graduated with an MA Degree and an LLB Diploma in legal practice from Edinburgh University. He is a dual qualified solicitor admitted in Scotland and England.

Rory joined us in 2007 and has extensive experience in advising upon high quality commercial and corporate matters including, acquisitions and disposals; joint venture, shareholder and management services agreements; formation and registration of companies; initial public offers and private placements; and regulatory and compliance issues with respect to the Omani Capital Markets.

Rory has written several articles on various aspects of Omani law for publications such as the Oxford Business Group, Getting The Deal Through, and Corporate UK.

He speaks English and Spanish.
