Mr Krishna Savjani OBE SC is listed in Band 1 of Chambers Global, a compilation of leading legal firms and lawyers across the globe. Chambers Global describes him as ‘the first port of call’ for national and international clients who have ‘complete confidence in his advice’, respected and hard-working with a great eye for detail and an outstanding professional with an excellent mind boasting an impressive knowledge of local and international laws.

He is the Honorary British Consul in Blantyre, Malawi, Blantyre being the commercial capital of Malawi. He was awarded the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in June 2003 and is the Honorary legal advisor to the British High Commission in Malawi. He is a barrister-at-law of Gray’s Inn in England and was appointed Senior Counsel by the President of Malawi. He is a member of the Malawi Law Society, Chairman of Southend Schools in Malawi and a member of the four person Advisory Committee on the appointment of Senior Counsel. He has also been chairman of the Malawi Stock Exchange from 2000 to 2010 and was previously chairman of its Listing Committee since the establishment of the Malawi Stock Exchange in 1995.
