David Dederick is the managing partner of Weil’s Budapest office. He has been practicing in Central and Eastern Europe for nearly two decades. Mr Dederick specialises in international and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions, and has particular expertise in the energy, health care and communications sectors. He is consistently recognised by the major legal rating guides and described as among the world’s leading lawyers by Chambers Global, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
