Michal Pravda is a counsel in the Prague office of Wolf Theiss. He has 10 years of experience as an attorney in the area of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, competition law and intellectual property. He has advised i.a. BAWAG P.S.K. on the sale of its Czech subsidiary bank BAWAG Bank CZ a.s. (now LBBW Bank CZ a.s.), Erste Group Bank on public offer of participation capital and subsequent share capital increase and Parker Green International on the refinancing of real-estate acquisitions. He also advised various private equity funds and foreign investors in tenders and in acquisitions of various businesses in the Czech Republic.
