Pablo Iacobelli is a partner of Carey y Cía´s Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Group and of the marketing committee. He practices in the areas of corporate law, securities, international corporate transactions including, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and insurance and consumer protection.

During 1998, Mr Iacobelli worked at Simpson, Thatcher & Bartlett, New York. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and of the International Bar Association.

He received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 1990. He also received a Master of Laws (LLM) from Duke University School of Law, N.C., USA in 1994.
