Kaloyan Todorov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and has been an associate, at Wolf Theiss, since 2008. He practices banking and finance and corporate mergers and acquistitions law, mainly focussing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and life science.

He worked at a Japanese IT company in 2004 before getting an internship at the Ministry of Justice, Sofia City Court, in the same year and going on to become an associate at Lex Consulting where he practiced from 2005 – 2008.

He studied at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ochridski”, Faculty of Law, (Master of Law), 2003 and Sofia University “St. Kliment Ochridski”, Faculty of Slavonic Philology.

He speaks Bulgarian, English, Russian and Macedonian and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
