Sandrine Hirsch (Université Libre de Bruxelles (Law, 1982) ; University of Michigan (LL.M,1983); Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1983) has wide experience of company law and financial law.
She advises Belgian and international listed and unlisted companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, public transactions, the organization of shareholder relations and financial regulations.
In addition, she acts in various kinds of property transactions relating to the areas of company law and financial law.
Sandrine Hirsch has published several contributions in the areas of company law and financial law. She is also a co-author of a work entitled “Les offres publiques d’acquisition. Le nouveau regime” (Larcier, 2008).
She is often invited to speak at training seminars in the areas of company law and financial law.
Sandrine Hirsch is a member of the “Association Européenne de Droit Bancaire et Financier” (A.E.D.B.F.).
