Stefan Abel’s practice as attorney-at-law and partner at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG in Munich covers advice and litigation in trademark and domain names, design, copyright and unfair competition matters, licensing and distribution matters, including anti-trust issues.

Stefan Abel serves as a panellist in domain name arbitration proceedings at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. He has repeatedly lectured at the University of Strasbourg’s Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) and other venues, including seminars on licensing and competition law.
