John Sier is a leader of our Corporate Advisory & Franchising Team and has been an adviser to the franchising sector for more than 25 years. John provides strategic advice to his clients, including advising on all aspects of franchising start-ups, corporate restructures and sale of franchises. His clients include national and international household name brands. John also has considerable experience in domestic and international distribution and licensing law, and has been involved in the establishment of distribution networks for major international clients. He regularly authors material for franchising publications and presents at franchising conferences. John’s professional memberships include the Franchising Council of Australia, the Law Council of Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia.
