Radosław Biedecki is founding partner of BIEDECKI, has more than 17 years of experience including work in Gide Loyrette Nouel and as head of the legal department of Casino Guichard-Perrachon Polish real estate and development subsidiary. Radosław completed full legal studies at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg and holds a maîtrise de droit privé (master of private law) along with a master of law of the Warsaw University. He has conducted numerous transactions connected with the acquisition of real estate, investments works and commercial lease. He also has a substantial professional experience in the establishment, mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses. He advises on a regular basis Polish and foreign investors.
