Partner of the Firm since 1993 within The Labor Practice of the Mexico City office. Currently is responsible for Consulting Services, Social Security and Immigration as well as the design of collective strategies and member of The Executive Committee of the Firm.

Member of the Ius Laboris Organization, member of the Labor Executive Committee and Vice-Chair of the Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee, approved by the Officers of the Legal Practice Division of the International Bar Association, and member of The Labor Commission of The Patronal Confederation of the Mexican Republic.

Author of various articles related to his area of expertise in specialized journals and publications such as: Who´s Who, Practical Law Company (PLC), Getting the Deal Through, Notre Dame Law School and Latin Lawyer. Lecturer in national and international events. Graduated from The Iberoamerican University Law School, Postgraduate studies in Economic, labor and Amparo Law (Constitutional Action Proceedings) in the Pan American University. Attended the programs “Leading Professional Service Firms “ and “Program of Instruction for Lawyers” in Harvard University.

Languages: Spanish and English.
