Guy Castegnaro is the founder of CASTEGNARO, the first employment law niche firm in Luxembourg and founding member of the international alliance Ius Laboris, Global Human Resources Lawyers.

Mr Castegnaro is chairman of the E.E.L.A (European Employment Lawyers Association).

He is the author and co-author of various articles and books on employment law.

Guy is also a speaker and a chairman at various conferences on employment law topics. He is teaching Luxembourg social security law at the University of Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg employment law in the framework of the Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois for the future Luxembourg lawyers.
