Paola Tradati is the managing partner of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci. She regularly works on a variety of cross border projects and her main areas of work include industrial relation matters, restructuring processes, stock option plans, as well as drafting and negotiating company collective agreements and agency contracts. She is a frequent writer and speaker on employment and labor law topics both domestically and abroad and author of legal commentaries and numerous books.

Paola has been the driving force behind building up the firm to its present size and position in the market and oversees the day-to-day management of the firm; with a sharp eye and attention to detail her role with regard to compliance and quality control is crucial.
