Pauline de Lanzac heads the Competition law department since 2010, a field of practice she progressively developed since joining Latournerie Wolfrom & AssociƩs in 2004. She assists private and public clients, whether as an advisor or in litigation, in the following areas: notification of concentrations, anti-competitive practices, diversification of the activity of public establishments, entry of new players on the liberalised markets, state aids.
Pauline began her career with the firm Jeantet AssociĆ©s in Paris; she then practised for four years in the law firm CMS Cameron McKenna in Prague. Pauline holds an HEC diploma (Master of science in Management) and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Tax (University of Paris). She is an attorney at the Paris Bar and the Czech Bar and is a member of the AFEC (French association of competition study).
