Marie-Hélène Tonnellier heads the TIMED/IP department she set up in 1999. She has acquired an excellent reputation in counsel and litigation services in Telecommunications Law, Information Technology Law, Media Law, e-Commerce Law and Data Protection Law as well as in the field of Intellectual Property.
Marie-Hélène began her career in London and then joined Moquet Borde & Associés in Paris and later Jeantet Associés. In 1999, Marie-Hélène decided to join Jean Latournerie and Christian Wolfrom. She has a Postgraduate degree in Business Law and a Postgraduate degree in Notarial Law (University of Paris).
