Irina Stoeva is a Managing partner at Stoeva, Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov with 16 years of professional experience.

Prior to establishing the law firm in 2004 as a Managing Partner, Irina has worked for 5 years as a senior lawyer at one of the biggest law firms in Sofia, as well as 6 years as a Chief In-house Counsel at Bulstrad Insurance & Reinsurance company. Since 2006 Irina is a receiver in bankruptcy. Her main areas of practice are insurance, project finance, restructuring and insolvency, out-of-court restructurings, as well as commercial litigation & arbitration.

Irina has been appointed by FSC in 2005 as expert in insurance law with respect to the implementation of EU directives in Bulgarian Insurance Code.
