Per Hemmer is the sector specialist as head of and partner in Bech-Bruun’s Energy & Climate group. He has many years of in-depth experience in advising the largest national as well as international companies and public authorities in the energy sector, including the oil and gas sector. Per Hemmer has been involved in several transfers of energy companies. In addition Per Hemmer has authored articles on various aspects of energy and utilities legislation and co-authored articles on Danish, Faroese and Greenland gas regulation and oil regulation, published in Getting the Deal Through.
