Thomas Starlinger is a partner of Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys at-Law, one of the leading commercial firms in Austria. He is heading the firm´s energy department and is author of numerous publications in the area of energy law. Thomas Starlinger graduated from the University of Vienna, School of Law with a J.D. in 1982 and is admitted to the Austrian Bar. Before joining Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law, Thomas Starlinger worked as in-house counsel for OMV AG (1986-2001), head of legal department OMV Erdgas GmbH (now OMV Gas GmbH; 2001-2002), Chief Executive Officer at AGGM Austrian Gas Grid Management AG (2003-2007) and Head of Legal Committee of the Association of Gas and District Heating Supply Companies (2004-2007).
