Louise specialises in energy and utilities work, with a particular focus on the electricity sector. Louise’s experience encompasses a wide range of energy projects, energy regulation, joint ventures, commercial contracts, grid access issues and industry documentation including: advising offtakers, generators and banks in relation to conventional power generation projects, CHP schemes (including biomass CHP schemes), renewable energy projects, energy trading (including Grid Trade Master Agreements) and long-term take-or-pay fuel supply contracts (including NBP-based contracts and biomass supply agreements). Louise has the ability to work closely with any client’s in-house lawyers as part of an integrated project team.
