Patrick McGovern is a partner in the Projects and Energy Group at Arthur Cox for a considerable number of years. He has a broad based infrastructure and utilities practice which focuses particularly on regulated Energy, Telecommunications and Public Procurement.

Patrick has been involved in many of the most significant transactions in Ireland and Northern Ireland and has been recommended highly in nearly all of the legal directories.

Patrick is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland and Northern Ireland and is a law graduate (First Class) of Trinity College/University of Dublin and a some time Foundation Scholar in Legal Science in Trinity College Dublin. He is also a member of the Energy Law Group, the association of leading energy lawyers from independent law firms in European.
