Donogh Hardiman is an associate in MOP’s EU, Competition and Regulatory Group. Donogh specialises in advising on EU and Irish competition law, merger control, State aid and sectoral regulation (aviation, energy, electronic communications and postal services). He has extensive experience representing clients before both the European Commission, the Competition Authority and the Commission for Aviation Regulation .

Prior to joining MOP, Donogh worked in the Brussels office of an international law firm where he specialised in EU competition law and sectoral regulation. He was previously an intern in the European Commission Directorate General for Competition Policy and a parliamentary assistant in the European Parliament.
