Erkko Ruohoniemi specializes in competition law related cases, such as merger control notifications as well as cases of abuse of dominant position. Erkko has also a wide experience in matters related to telecom- and energy regulation. In addition, he advises both procurement entities and private companies in public procurement issues and is co-author of a popular handbook on public procurement. Before joining Merilampi, Erkko worked at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in tasks relating to public procurement legislation, anti-dumping cases and finally taking part in the preparation of national and EU competition legislation.
