Henrik Peytz assists companies with entering into all kinds of contracts and in the conduct of litigation. In addition to this, Henrik Peytz advises both public and private undertakings on issues of competition law, procurement, state aids, marketing and matters involving public regulation (e.g. regulation of the media, food standards, radio, TV and telecommunications). Henrik Peytz has a particular interest in EU law, and regularly brings cases before the Danish courts and the European Court of Justice. Henrik Peytz was born in 1959 and qualified as a lawyer at University of Copenhagen in 1983.
