Her experience includes serving as private secretary to the Deputy Superintendent for the promotion of Competition at Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, Adviser to the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce on Antitrust Law and, serving as a head of the Division of Chambers of Commerce at same entity.
Claudia has a J.D. from Universidad de Caldas and received an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law, (USA), a specialization diploma on intellectual property from the same university, a post graduate diploma on corporate law from Universidad Javeriana and a post graduate diploma on commercial law at Universidad de Caldas. She speaks Spanish and English.
