Graham heads up the litigation department of Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth. He specialises in international assets tracing, commercial, banking and trust litigation and insolvency work. He also has extensive experience in professional negligence claims whether in the legal, medical or accountancy field.
He was admitted as a solicitor in England in 1979 and admitted to the Cayman Bar in 1984 when he joined Charles Adams & Co. In 1991 he became a partner in the successor firm of Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth. He has considerable advocacy experience and has been involved in many of the larger trust and asset tracing cases to appear before the Court. Graham was recently named in Leading Lawyer 100 in the Lawyer Monthly Magazine.
He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in November 2004, and is an accredited mediator.
He is a member of both the Grand Court and Insolvency Rules Committees and has co-authored the following publications: Getting the Deal Through, Dispute resolution; Getting the Deal Through, Insolvency and Restructuring; International Fraud and Asset Tracing; Cross-Border Handbook – Dispute Resolution Handbook; and Restructuring Review.
