Wolfgang Höller is a partner with schoenherr, Vienna, where he specialises in insolvency law, commercial litigation and compliance & white collar crime. He is representing Austrian and international corporates and commercial banks in Austria, advising them on all aspects of insolvency law and creditor protection. In addition, Wolfgang advises numerous banks on derivatives transactions with Austrian and Central European counterparties and inter alia is Austrian counsel to ISDA on issues of close-out netting. As part of his practice, Wolfgang advises clients on criminal compliance and white collar crime. He focuses on preventive measures, like anti-corruption compliance programmes, as well as on advising companies that have been damaged by the criminal activities of their employees or third persons.
