Recently, he advised in telecoms and media mergers both on competition and the regulatory law aspects. He is also involved in the auction process regarding the new Swiss mobile telephony licenses. His expertise covers both licensed and non-licensed telecom and media law advise. His focus on non-licensed telecom activities was on the cooperations between Swisscom and various Swiss cities regarding the fibre-to-the-home infrastructure network in Switzerland.
