Stefan Perván Lindeborg is a partner in Mannheimer Swartling's EU & Competition Group, and heads the firm's Brussels office. He works with all types of EU and competition matters including in particular merger control and competition law related litigation. He has extensive experience of complex merger investigations before the European Commission and national competition authorities, and has been involved in a substantial number of the most important competition cases before the Swedish courts. Mr Perván Lindeborg received is LLM from the University of Lund in 1995 and received a Master of European Law from the College of Europe, Bruges, in 1996. Mr Perván Lindeborg is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
