Michael Corrigan is head of the Clayton Utz Competition Group and has 20 years’ experience providing trade practices and competition law advice. His expertise extends across dealings with the ACCC, immunity applications, coordination of international investigations, cartels, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and litigation. Michael has acted in the marine hose, air cargo, freight forwarding and chemicals matters.
Michael has also worked extensively with some of the leading Australian and US economic experts in anti-trust and competition law matters and has been involved in many competition reform and recent deregulation issues in Australia.
