Michel is Managing Partner of MOLITOR and Head of the Banking and Insurance Department. Over the last 25 years, Michel has been the personal contact partner for many of the firm’s national and international clients in numerous industry sectors. He has a law degree from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a PhD in political sciences from the University of Vienna (Austria).

As well as being an active member of the Association of Luxembourg Banking Lawyers (ALJB) and of the financial services section of the International Bar Association (IBA), where he is the Co-Chair of the Banking Committee, Michel Molitor is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Association Luxembourgeoise pour l’Arbitrage (ALA) and the Luxembourg Investment Fund Association (ALFI).
