Maurício Prado has large domestic and international experience in complex arbitrations, negotiation and elaboration of international contracts. He received his degree from the University of São Paulo Law School, and his master’s degree in International Trade Law from the same institution. Mr. Prado received his post-master’s degree and is PhD in International Trade Law by the University of Paris X (Nanterre). Fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
