Born in Luxembourg Rosario Grasso was admitted in1991 at the Luxembourg Bar Association, where he is practicing as, Avocat à la Cour, since 1994. He studied at the University of Catania where he obtained his Master in Law.

Luxemburgish, French, German, English as well as Italian and participated as orator at different
conferences:
