Vineetha M.G qualified as a lawyer from the National Law School of India University in 1998 and is enrolled as an advocate on the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She has been associated with AZB & Partners since September, 2001 and was elevated to a partner in April, 2006. Her key areas of practice include project and corporate finance. She has been involved in Involved in several corporate and non-recourse/limited recourse project finance transactions primarily in the power, telecom, road, airport, railways and port sectors. She has advised and represented lenders, leading project sponsors, equipment suppliers, infrastructure funds and export credit agencies on various projects. She has been involved in the drafting, reviewing and negotiations of various finance, project and security documents with project companies, lenders, export credit agencies, government and regulatory authorities and other project parties. She has extensive experience in securitization transactions and has advised banks, financial institutions, non-banking financial companies, issuers and credit enhancers in connection with securitization of loans, auto receivables and other assets. She also has vast experience in advising, assisting and structuring of offshore funds, venture capital and private equity funding.
