Carlos de Miguel
Carlos de Miguel Carlos de Miguel is a partner in the law firm Uría Menéndez. He works in the firm´s Madrid office and has broad experience in Environmental Law, Real Estate Law and Energy Law. Mr. de Miguel has contributed to the preparation of various draft environmental regulations and is considered an Expert Lawyer (tier 1) on Environmental Law by the main international legal directories. Mr. de Miguel is a Civil Law Professor since 1988 and an Environmental Law Professor since 1997 in ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas). He has published several books and articles on a number of environmental legal matters, including: “Spanish Environmental Law”, “Spanish legal regime on polluted soils” and “Civil liability for environmental damage”.
