Jérôme has significant expertise in all aspects of EU and French competition law, including anticompetitive practices, complex merger transactions and distribution law in a wide array of industries such as energy, aerospace, transportation, and consumer goods. Jérôme graduated from both the University of Paris I Sorbonne (DEA Private Law) and the University of London (LL.M. degree in corporate and commercial law).
