Catriona has extensive experience in advising on EU and UK cartel investigations, competition damages actions, merger control and competition issues arising from joint ventures, supply and distribution agreements. She has acted in a number of competition cases in the civil courts and in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She also has extensive experience of cartel investigations and leniency applications. Catriona has led the defence team on a number of European Commission and Office of Fair Trading “dawn raids”. Catriona is fluent in French.
