Michelle Yip is an associate in the antitrust, competition and trade practice group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She has worked in the firm’s Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices and is currently based in London. Michelle advises on a wide range of UK, EU and Chinese competition issues, covering mergers and joint ventures, alliances and cooperation arrangements, as well as cartel investigations and dominance inquiries.
Michelle was educated at University College London and holds a post-graduate diploma in EC Competition Law from King’s College London. Michelle is admitted to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
